Retreat to Restart

Wellness retreats are gaining traction and they are more than just woo-woo feelings and ceremonies. They dig into the core of why we are the way we are, and open doors for transformation.
While we recognize roadblocks for some to attend a retreat or workshop, we cannot deny the many benefits they provide:
Deep Reconnection: Retreats offer a rare opportunity to unplug from daily stressors and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit—creating space for clarity, healing, and personal insight.
Curated Transformation: With intentional programming, expert guidance, and nourishing surroundings, retreats are designed to spark growth, self-discovery, and lasting inner shifts.
Elevated Environment: Immersed in beautiful, natural settings—often paired with luxurious amenities—retreats create the ideal backdrop for restoration, creativity, and expansion.
In our day to day lives, we get roped in by the mundane - kids, laundry, bills, repetitive schedules - and it is easy to forget ourselves.
Attending a retreat is like a hard-stop in a car. Everything flies around and there is discomfort, but that uncomfortable feeling is where the growth begins. We take the scattered items, and you, and start to re-organize and re-prioritize. Some things are taken out of the car, some things are added. Tools are used to help organize and process.
Thinking of a retreat? Bloom in the Wild is hosting its first women's retreat in November 2025 in Northern Wisconsin. We are keeping costs low, with options for continued coaching, so everyone can access it. Reach out to us on our contact form for more information!
